This coffee is packed in our Fragment coffee bag, not in the box packaging, and the labeling would be all hand written.
This fine Robusta coffee from Vietnam, specially sourced by our Vietnamese friend Kim Hung To, impressed us by its purity and processing method. He introduced this coffee to Sydney-based coffee people couple of months ago as this fine Robusta lot placed within top 10 at Vietnamese coffee competition. Spectrum of this coffee is broad and we had to decide how we would offer and serve this coffee for a decent experience, and now it is time to reveal.
We have thoroughly analysed and tested this coffee in many different ways including roasting methods, and brewing methods. Eventually we found this coffee the most unique and quality presenting when it is served with milk.
It was a tough decision for us not to offer this coffee as black but we weren't able to have better acidity that layers up in this coffee.
It is a medium-light roast, and the cut-through in 6 ounces vessels is just right to articulate the pure flavours of this coffee.

We have found this coffee consistently 95% high quality Dominican Republic single origin dark chocolate all the way from the first sip to the finish during our production tasting, so most of you are likely to get those as well.
It is specifically roasted for white coffee on espresso machine. Try this reference recipe on an espresso machine, then start dialing in accordingly if needed.

- Brewing water temperature : 93-94 degrees Celsius water.
